He may be still young,but he may surprise you!If you ask around,many would say that Jay Chou has become the real king of the music world.As a child,Jay Chou was never good at his lessons ,and when he didn’t get into any college,a lot of people said that he would hardly have any hope in life.His mum always worried about his future ,but he never did.“For everything else,I didn’t always believe in myself,but I knew I still had music to live on.” he said.Growing up in a single-parent family,Jay felt lonely.Without many friends,he had a habit of daydreaming,dreaming into his world of music.
So how did Jay get into music?At the age of three,he started learn to play the piano.His mother always made sure he practiced hard.Later,he started out as a songwriter.Since the age of sixteen,he has been writing songs for many of the most pop singers.Today he has already written for some of the famous singers like Coco Lee,Jacky Wu,etc.
It was only in 2000 that Jay put out his own album(唱片集) “Jay”.Jay’s voice is extremely attractive to the young,making this first album a great success.
Jay’s songs are very moving.In his song “Dad,I am back”,the scenario is a broken family.“I heard that after war there is peace(和平).Why do I always see my dad beating my mum?Since I was young,you have told me to learn from you,use you as a model.So much pretense(虚伪).How do you expect me to be like you!”
