2.When you visit a place that you spent time in as a child.that引导的是定语从句
that是关系代词 代替先行词 a place 引导定从 并作定从中介词in的宾语

3.Followed more than 3,000 study participants in their 20s and 30s,rating their time urgently and impatient levels by asking these four questions.这是省略句 也许主语省略了  
其中 rating their time.是现在分词作 状语 



4.You're twice as likely to develop hypertension compared to those who answered no.此句中的as是副词 修饰形容词 likely.
As many as 350 vehicles have been rolling into the base.此处的As many as 350 可以看做形容词 也就是 中心词 是many  
as many as 350 vehicles是名词作主语

不过 我认为 原句应该是 Iran claims recently it  shot down a US drone.
因为 主句的谓语 是一般现在时 相当于现在完成时 也就是 用一般现在时代替了现在完成时 
recently修饰 claims更符合 逻辑 因为这是 与现在完成时 连用的副词.很少 用在一般过去时态中.
close to 相当于副词 修饰7000
然后 close to 7000修饰   troops
