The 21 centery has sadly witnessed the deterioration of the health of people nowadays.As the competition for jobs becomes more fierce,people always feel excessive tense and most of them are subhealthy.
There is a somewhat ironical saying that"In the youthhood,we are fighting for wealth with the sacrirfice of health,but when it comes to the veteran stage,we are eager to buy health with money which seems quite late."Apparenty,the one who said this hold a critical view towards the behavior that to sacrifice health for wealth.I can not agree more with him.There are several reasons as following.First and foremost,health is the most valuable thing that nothing can take the place of it.We can do anything with a healty body but nothing can be done without health.Sacondly,we can work more efficiently if we are in good health.Last but not least,Only with a good health can we live a happy life.
