1,2句anythin与say,read为动宾关系,为什么不用被动?而第3句与被修饰词亦为动宾关系,为什么用被动?
如果解释为主语与动词是主谓关系而不用被动,则什么时候看修饰词与那个动词的关系?什么时候看主语与那个动词的关系呢?

当句子中出现了不定式的逻辑主语时,不定式用主动形式；当句子中没有出现不定式的逻辑主语时,不定式可以用主动形式,也可以用被动形式.第三句也可以说成：
There is nothing to worry about.
这个很简单，是看被动主动关系，不过要找准，谁与谁 构成 什么关系。当然有特殊情况比如 1 2， 1 2涉及另一个知识，主动表被动。3不说了吧。nothing 与worry 是被动。 4 to take 不定事的主语是someone。
