我最崇拜的教育家是素有英语教育界泰斗之称的张道真.我之所以崇拜他,原因有三.第一,他具有高尚的人格魅力.他在国内外英语教育界享有盛誉.他把毕生的经历都献给了教育并研究教育,正是他影响着我们英语教育改革的每一个步伐!第二,他提出了一系列的科学、实用的英语教学方法.而这些行之有效的方法被广泛应用到实际教学中.第三,他严谨治学,思想具有前瞻性.张教授提倡考试要改革,听说与读写要二者并举,听说甚至占有更重要的地位.思想深邃的张道真教授,以其独特的人格魅力,科学的工作态度,严谨的治学思想,征服了我,我要秉承他老人家的思想和态度,在未来的英语教学之路上,默默奋斗,勇敢向前,创造英语教学的辉煌!

Zhang Daozhen, who's entitled with a leading authority in area of English education, is the one I show greatest admiration to. The reason why could be included in threefolds:
Firstly, He's a man with gracious character receiving great reputation in the area all around the world. What's more, he has contributed his entire life to education. Those efforts from him have brought huge impacts on every step of the English education reform.
Secondly, He come up with a series of scientific and practical teaching methods to English. In the meantime, those ideas are widely applied for on-site teaching.
Thirdly, His rigorous attitude towards teaching along with prospective thinking. With all these principles, Professor Zhang advocats a reform to examination, which is that listening and speaking should be in the same place with reading and writing, maybe the former two should outweigh the latter two.
Professor Zhang has conquered me by his profound thought, his unique personality, his attitude towards science as well as his rigorous thought in teaching. I will take his spirit and attitude as my model in my future English teaching, to build my own splendid records.
