什么时候用B呢?我举个例子,
I will have graduated by the time you come here next week.当你下周过来的时候,我已经毕业了.是指截止到未来的某一个时间点.

输了,可是本不该,所以用b

A如果改成to debate 就对了,即一般用不定式形式表被动.比如我们说It's good to eat.而不说to be eaten.
