Abstract：A force ripple based on velocity and position was developed to study how to suppress force ripples in iron-core linear motors to improve the dynamic and static performance of ultra-precision stages.The harmonic components contained in the force ripple were calculated based on the relationship between the force ripple and trajectory tracking error.A force ripple model was then developed with a feedforward compensator.Tests indicate that this method efficiently reduces force ripples at various velocities.The moving standard deviation of tracking error is reduced to 40% and the steady-state tracking error of the ultra-precision stage is significantly improved.
摘要：为抑制有铁芯直线电机推力波动对控制系统的影响,提高超精密工作台的动态与稳态性能,提出了基于速度和位置的永磁同步直线电机推力波动建模方法.通过分析推力波动与轨迹跟踪误差之间的关系,计算出推力波动所包含谐波分量,并建立推力波动关于直线电机速度、位置的数学模型,基于该模型设计推力波动前馈补偿器.控制平台实验表明:该方法在不同的运动速度下都能够有效地解决推力波动抑制问题,系统轨迹跟踪误差的移动标准差降低到原来的40%,超精密工作台的稳态跟踪误差明显减小.
