这位同学基础很薄弱,建议你多下功夫看看初级语法书.
第一题有个常用短语would rather sb do sth.另外你需要记住,动词的否定形式不是直接加个not,像你说的B项.例如：
Give me a suggestion.否定形式
Dont give me a suggestion.就是说英语里面要加don't来构成一个动词的否定形式.
你既然知道D是正解,为什么还问C的did?C项根本就是错误的啊 你的逻辑是什么...
对于正确答案D,我的理解是 to后面省略了和上句中一样的to let some fresh air in.这里对于不定式to do sth 的否定 直接加not 就可以了.
再说第二个题目.being able to inform me of the change in the plan 这一句是动名词形式,在本句中就相当于一个名词.对它的否定就是直接在最前面加not,不是你想把not放在哪都可以的.你说being not able to也太中国化了吧!英语没有这么说的.
如果答案是C,那只能按照虚拟语气理解.就是已经做了第一句提到的动作,但“我宁愿你没有做过”.这种题目不会再出现了,所以你不理解的话记住这个题目就好了.
