what would life be like without electricity?"that's terrible!"-most people would say.But it's really life in Ethiopia.when I was in that African country,the power went off every a few days.this happened not only in small towns,but even in the national capital.one day in April when I went to the airline office,the power was off.So I didn't know which flight to make.At the same time,the Internet was of course impossible.the weather was hot.what's worse,restaurants onlu provided warm drinks.can you guess why?time after the sunset,between 6 pm abd 8;30 pm,was hard.without any light,I stayed in my room-stand,sit,walk,and lie in bed.what would be like to live in america without power.I wonder.
so,today,I had an esperiment.at 8:30 am ,I switched off the power and then I spent the whole day without electricity.I'll try this again in winter,and I hope to learn that I can do without electricity.
