In 1980,Grady put the cobalt powder into Magetorheological fluid and studied its anisotropy,compared with the Ferroferric Oxide and learned that its anisotropy is 4 times than that of magnetite.我觉得这句话逗号分隔的地方缺乏连词,总感觉别扭.请问是不是有语法错误?

加连词比如and呢就把compared和learned看作和put一样的动词过去式,是多个句子的合并,且put略发生在compared之前
这里不加呢,compared和learned就是过去分词,过去分词短语做伴随性状语,表被动、或谓动之前发生、或被动且谓动之前,根据句意不是被动,那么可理解为“他【之前】就（拿钴）跟四氧化三铁做过了比较,并且【在put之前】就得知了……”这里就一个put谓动的句子,其他都是非谓语
所以不同的理解就有不同的使用,这里的连词万万不能加,不然put和compared顺序就有误了
再比如表被动的,更不能用连词了.例：Lily was more beautiful,compared with her mother.
另外常和过分做状语一起对比的就是现在分词,表主动、同时进行、或主动且同时,您可自己揣摩一下
再到现分的复合结构：Having been done基本就可以=done了.（扯远了）
